Breakfast behind the arches
The covered loggia is the room you will live in. Two Moorish arches frame the palms and the pool garden below, there is space for a dining table and a lounge corner, and the deep roof keeps it shaded through the summer.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a deep arched loggia over the pool garden, on the first floor of Las Atalayas II. Gated, with 24-hour reception, and a short walk to Playa de Los Locos.

One long, bright room runs from the loggia doors to the kitchen. Dark timber beams cross a white ceiling, the floor is pale marble edged with a blue azulejo band, and ducted LG air conditioning keeps every room comfortable.

A separate kitchen with solid wood units, granite worktops and a hand-painted tile splashback. Oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine all stay with the flat.

The main bedroom has its own small lobby and en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second double bedroom sits by the front door, next to a guest shower room, so visitors never pass through your space.

Through a carved wooden door you enter a round, double-height lobby whose pink atrium rises the full height of the tower to a skylight. Behind it, a hedged garden holds a chain of pools, a children's pool and a playground.

Torrevieja has long beaches, a lively promenade, a port with boats to Tabarca, the pink and green salt lakes with flamingos, and one of Spain's largest Friday markets. About ten golf courses lie within half an hour.
Usable area from the property documents; total area from the Spanish land registry (Catastro).
